Inflation and Affordability - High inflation and affordability are valid concerns for US households. Trump administration actions are not helping. We need to elect leaders who will take responsible action to reduce inflation.
Improving the Availability and Affordability of Housing - Texas has a huge housing availability and affordability challenge. The state legislature took positive steps in 2025, and we need to elect leaders who will continue that progress and finish the job.
Protecting Social Security - without action by Congress, the Social Security reserves will be depleted by 2032 and benefits will have to be cut. 
Reducing Taxes in Texas - State and Local taxes in Texas are extremely regressive and fail to adequately fund the things our state needs.  We need to make sure corporations and wealthy individuals are paying their fair share. 
Reducing the Deficit - Our Federal Debt is dangerously high, and Trump administration policies are making it worse. We need to implement responsible, common-sense policies to reduce the deficit and control the growth of our Federal Debt.
Addressing the Child Care Crisis in Texas - Without stronger public investment and system-wide reform, families will continue to face high costs, providers will continue to struggle to stay open, and Texas will continue to lose workforce and economic potential.  
The Republicans’ One Big Beautiful Bill - The Republicans’ OBBB increases the Federal Deficit, primarily benefits the wealthy, and cuts important support for lower income American families. We need to elect legislators who will reverse this harmful and costly legislation.
